I'm Mary Lee Gannon

Most would describe me as a 19+ year CEO running orgaizations worth up to $37 million within companies with up to 100,000 employees, mother, wife, and executive coach. But in reality, I am so much more than that. And so are you.

I understand and have maneuvered bureaucracy, personal agendas, cynicism, posturing, misogyny, doubt, and a lot more.

My personal turnaround came as a stay-at-home mother with four children under seven-years-old who endured a divorce that took my children and me from the country club life to public assistance from where I harnessed my signature strengths, addressed anxiety, and re-invented my life to support my family.

You could say I'm a welfare mom. Most people say I am a "must have," highly effective, care about people, am fun, and love to laugh. I know how to get the right stuff done and so will you.

I've earned the International Coach Federation Coach Certification (ACC), the Professional Coach Certification from Duquesne University (PC), the Certified Association Executive Certification from the American Society of Association Executives (CAE).

I'm an alumnus of the UCLA Mindful Awareness Practices Program and the Harvard Medical School and McLean Hospital Coaching in Medicine & Leadership Conference.

I am a scholarship recipient of the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership created at Google, a trainer in Crucial Conversations, and a member of Pittsburgh Coaches Association. I am the author of two books: Reinvent You – From Welfare to CEO and Starting Over.
